“Passata Artigianale,” with its low acidity and pleasant sweetness, is ideal as a simple sauce for pasta, and also as a basis for more elaborate sauces. We bottle this sauce in a beer bottle, a convenient size to have on hand. 3 bottles per order or case of 12.
